As the year transitions to a new number, there is so much external messaging that can activate our parts around change. Pressures to alter ways of being in the world can end up reinforcing cultural, legacy, and personal burdens and have us feeling the shame of not living up to expectations, either externally or internally.
Though the year changes, our parts remain the same. “NOW WHAT?!?” I can imagine some parts saying.
What if you/we took some time to hear from them and be in relationship with them so that they all might feel your/our presence and be more open to collaborating with you and amongst themselves? How would that feel? What do you notice in your body right now?
In this experiential group, you will have time to explore and be with your internal family system as we contemplate closing out one year and beginning a new one. There will be guided activities, including somatic practice, for personal reflection as well as time for small group and large group sharing. I first offered this in 2022 and it was well-received. I’ve updated and look forward to hearing how it lands with YOU.
Built into this 1hour50minute window are 10 minutes of transition on the front end and 10 minutes on the back end - to arrive from whatever you’ve been doing before and to come to a place to pause as you head to whatever you’re doing after.

If you’re receiving this invite, you likely know who I am, and I am prioritizing folks like you who I know and have built relationships with in the IFS community. My hope is that this is an intimate gathering and place where we can be with each other with tender and compassionate presence. Pre-requisite: those who have been formally trained in the IFS model. Group size will be limited to 20 maximum.
